Non-Negotiable / Essentials
An “Essential” is a habit so critical to your well-being and goals that, even on a challenging day, you perform a reduced version rather than skipping it entirely.
- Mindfulness / Meditation Practice
- Ideal: 10 minutes
- Bare Minimum: 2 minutes
- Workout
- Ideal: Gym, badminton, or swimming
- Bare Minimum: Exercises supporting calisthenic goals (planche, front lever, L-sits, pistol squats, and other exercises to be determined)
- Goalies
- Ideal: 30 minutes dedicated to life advancement in goals; if no meaningful action items, then planning and rethinking of goals
- Bare Minimum: Complete at least one task or take at least one step that takes you closer to the goal
Daily Routines
Routines are consistent maintenance activities designed to support your daily life.
- Morning Routine — Wake up at 8:15, max 8:45 (beyond this the routine is lost; 1 relaxation day per week)
- Meditate
- Hydrate by drinking plenty of water
- Wash face and moisturize
- Review important points to remember
- Night Routine
- Wash face
- Take vitamins + hydrate with plenty of water
- Jot down thoughts to clear your mind (optional)
Weekly Quests
These are activities I enjoy that also contribute value to my life.
- Reading — 3 hours
- Writing / Researching / Retrospecting / Studying / Learning — 4 hours
- Reflecting and Planning Goals — 30 mins
