Q1 2026
This was an interesting quarter. With mom gone to the States, it was interesting to see my state, how I collapsed and suffered. Mental heath took a toll since sleep and diet took a toll. Realised how dependent I was on her, and how unorganised and unready I was.
From memory Jan was bad, Feb was worse, and March was great. There is a clear transition point on my birthday, taking a breather helped, also the sleepover where Aju gave me some pointers, and me saying out my struggles also really helped. Had higher highs and lower lows.
Overall I’m happy with this quarter as I made a comeback in March.
Habits
I don’t have tracking for Jan, started tracking from Feb. So all the data is just from Feb and March.
Overview
At least, I’m consistent with my morning routine and meditations. Reading has been challenging and arguably (maybe not) the hardest daily.
Jan was non-existent, Feb was okay, March was more like it, it was comeback season. I’m happy for March, let’s hope I march to april with the same momentum. (Also wtf are these colors, I can’t be asked)
Tuesday was the most consistent day across all habits. Saturdays were the weakest — especially for Goalies (1) and Reading (0). Weekdays clearly outperformed weekends, which makes sense given the structure of a work routine.

Let’s hope all this meditation amounts to something, JK, I’m just happy I’m consistent with it.
