Morning Routine

Target Wake-up: 8:15 AM – 8:45 AM

  1. Wake Up & Hydrate — Drink water, wash face, moisturize. Water the plants (doubles as sunlight to the eye).
  2. Review — Look at goals, points to remember and jot down at least one line of thought.
  3. Meditate — Execute your daily essential before the chaos starts.

The Non-Negotiables

Consistency is the only rule. Don’t break the chain.

  • Mindfulness & Meditation

    • Ideal — 15 minutes of silent or guided flow.
    • Bare Minimum — 5 minutes of focused breathing.
  • The Workout

    • Ideal — Gym session, Badminton, or Swimming.
    • Bare Minimum — The 100/100 Rule (50 pushups + 50 squats) OR 15 mins of calisthenic skill work OR 5,000 steps.
  • Goalies (Deep Work)

    • Ideal — 60 minutes dedicated to Weekly/Quarterly Objectives.
    • Bare Minimum — 15 minutes of highly focused effort.
  • Reading

    • Ideal — 30 minutes.
    • Bare Minimum — 10 minutes.

Night Routine

Clear the cache before sleep.

  1. Self-Care — Wash face, take vitamins, hydrate.
  2. Mind Clear — Jot down lingering thoughts or progress, minimum 1 line.

Weekly Quests

Merging growth with creativity.

  • Creative Fun — 2 hours of something creative that isn’t just passive leisure.
  • The Weekly Retrospective — Review what went well, what failed, and block focus areas for next week.
  • The Blog & Report — Write a post about what you learned and provide a progress report.
