Target Wake-up: 8:15 AM – 8:45 AM
- Wake Up & Hydrate — Drink water, wash face, moisturize. Water the plants (doubles as sunlight to the eye).
- Review — Look at goals, points to remember and jot down at least one line of thought.
- Meditate — Execute your daily essential before the chaos starts.

- Bare Minimum — The 100/100 Rule (50 pushups + 50 squats) OR 15 mins of calisthenic skill work OR 5,000 steps.

- Ideal — 60 minutes dedicated to Weekly/Quarterly Objectives.
- Bare Minimum — 15 minutes of highly focused effort.

- Ideal — 30 minutes.
- Bare Minimum — 10 minutes.
Night Routine
Clear the cache before sleep.
- Self-Care — Wash face, take vitamins, hydrate.
- Mind Clear — Jot down lingering thoughts or progress, minimum 1 line.
Weekly Quests
Merging growth with creativity.
- Creative Fun — 2 hours of something creative that isn’t just passive leisure.
- The Weekly Retrospective — Review what went well, what failed, and block focus areas for next week.
- The Blog & Report — Write a post about what you learned and provide a progress report.
